Hormonal changes that occur significantly in the first trimester of pregnancy may give bad effects to your body. This inconvenience is not only felt on the physical, but also affect your emotional state.
The first trimester runs from the first week until week 13 of pregnancy. In the first trimester, the sense of smell can also be more sensitive. It might trigger nausea when the smell certain scents. To overcome this, you are advised to avoid foods that have a strong aroma. Choose foods that are low in fat and easy to digest. It is advisable to consume food in small portions but frequently.
